ADOGO Pet Hotel MSP Airport

We stopped bringing our dog here for two main reasons. The staff doesn’t engage with the dogs whatsoever. We gathered this because they have puppy cams. They don’t encourage the dogs to play. The staff walks around the dogs like Zombies As if they dislike their jobs. Our dog would also come home smelling so badly. We bring her to another daycare close by and it’s a world of difference. The staff at the other daycare are attentive , play with the dogs, have an outdoor area(even in winter). They genuinely show interest and get excited to see your pet. Sometimes if the dogs have played and have the dog smell they will wipe the dogs for you before releasing them back to you. I’d maybe advise a bit of training to staff at Adogo because this day care is sub par.

We stopped in for a tour without an appointment, and staff graciously showed us around the whole facility. We are so impressed! This is the first time we experienced an inside look at a pet care facility--it was clean, and there was a variety of rooms (indoors, and even outdoor space) and toys to meet the needs of a range of breeds, small to large. We then brought our dog in for a 1/2 day temperament evaluation, and appreciated the way staff interacted not only with our dog, but with the other pets who arrived while we were there. Overall, the staff is caring, patient with both pet parents and various dog breeds, and knowledgable about pet needs. Staff thoroughly explained the results of the evaluation, and we look forward to bringing our dog in for regular daycare/boarding!

I am very concerned for every animal that stays at this business. I left a very large tip for the staff who run the daycare and when I saw some of the girls at a local store I asked how they enjoyed the tip. They responded saying that they have not gotten any tips for a while now but if there was some they should have gotten it. I am concerned that management is taking the tips from the amazing girls who take care of our animals. I also know that my dog who has never been sick before now has kennel cough that was brought in by one of the managers dogs. And when I mentioned this issue to the manager Autumn about this she denied her having a sick dog and then claimed my dog was aggressive and says my dog who has never been aggressive in her life was not allowed to come back (cause she has an 11 week old puppy who lives with her). I have asked for proof of the aggressive act and been told nothing will be shown. I recommend do not have your animals here with all of the managers who are there letting animals get sick.

We love sending Cleo here for doggy day care! We don't have to worry about leaving her in the kennel on a long work day and she always comes home happy & tired. We've only done boarding once but that was a great experience as well! My favorite thing about boarding is that the price includes doggy day care so your dog isn't in the kennel alone during the day and you don't have to pay extra for 1:1 play sessions. Their vaccine policy and required temperament testing make me feel like Cleo is in a safe/healthy environment. I highly recommend taking your dog here :)

I brought my dog in for a temperament evaluation and the staff at Adogo were so kind and understanding of both my fears and my dogs. They took time out to explain their thoughts and made recommendations on how to make my dog feel comfortable before he does a long stay with them. Highly recommend Adogo even if it’s for a couple of hours.
